My names Neil Kelsey and I’m a Web designer/builder and developer based in Brighton, East Sussex.

I've designed websites for the small and large companies from concept to site redevelopment, I've built unique and bespoke online solutions and I've made countless animations and interaction.

Whether your project be a new development, redevelopment, site or widget building and coding to animations and interactions, with hundreds of quality projects under my belt, I know what works and what doesn’t.

Unique

Most designers can make stuff look brilliant, what makes me unique is that I can also code, I know how everything works which is really important in the design process. From simple compliant XHTML and CSS I've developed my own Java jQuery widgets, to an PHP e-comemerse store, I've worked on massive ASP .NET projects and Flash animating and ActionScripting is my bread and butter.

I don't just make nice designs and animations, I'm also a front end developer. I design, build and develop from initial designs right though to completion, I've built small projects just a few pages big to a unique bespoke online store solution designed and built from the ground up by myself so every little element of your project will be built bespoke and tweaked to perfect.

NHS 18 Weeks

Large website

A massive project for the NHS to modernise their existing 18 weeks website with a fresh new look. The original site was built using a lot of old coding practises so this redevelopment was built from the ground up and then the existing content ported in, but we didn't just make it look nice, the speed and actual functionality and searchability of the content has been greatly improved.

Perfect example of what can be done for a small-medium sized business. BGL had an existing site which worked, nothing special, pretty bland but gave them a presence. I gave them tailored package to their budget and needs and produced a top quality site that is working great for them and pulling in 3 times the amount of traffic that they used to be.
